Full annual safety inspection including strip and clean of internal components as required, flue gas analysis to verify safe and efficient combustion. Copy of combustion report can be printed on site or emailed in PDF format. Preventative maintenance (advice given if any components are performing poorly or may fail in the near future)

Boiler Repair

£60 diagnosis fee then no obligation quote for repair including parts and labour (£60 diagnosis fee will be removed from total price if repair is carried out)

Fire Service £60

Full safety inspection and clean of gas fire including removal from wall to inspect chimney and area behind fire as required. Safety test on chimney to ensure adequate air flow and confirm all fumes are being safely removed. Includes respray of any decorative coals and insulation boards and cleaning and polishing brass fenders if necessary.

Service Additional Appliance £30

Additional appliances serviced at a discounted rate of £30 if done within the same visit as main appliance.

Free survey and quotation for replacement boiler.

Landlords CP12 Certificate £50 (£60 for CP12 and boiler service if done on same visit)

It is a legal requirement that landlords ensure any gas appliances in rented accommodation are safe to use and inspected annually. A digital copy of the CP12 can be emailed in PDF format directly to the landlord and/or letting agent if requested.

Radiators installed from £60 each.

System Flushing From £350

Full system flush of boiler and radiators using powerful magnetic filtration equipment. Includes all required chemicals and inhibitor. A magnetic system filter is also recommended to prevent future system contamination. Vast improvements in boiler efficiency and fuel economy.

Magnetic System Filter From £150

Supply and installation of magnetic system filter to protect and prolong the life of your boiler and ensure safe and efficient operation. Price includes cleaning and servicing filter every year during boiler service visit.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm Supplied & Fitted From £30 

Carbon Monoxide -also known as the Silent Killer- hospitalises over 1000 people per year in the UK alone and leads to around 50 deaths. Alarms supplied and fitted come with a 7 year sensor life. Protect your family for less than £5 per year.

Heating Controls From £150

Heating controls upgraded and/or installed. Including timers, programmers, room thermostats, smart controls and thermostats such as NEST and HIVE.
